****UPDATE****
So, I passed this along to some one to let them try and they were disappointed by this product. Both the applicators (2 per package) didn't break right (it is set up like a glow stick sort of, you break the glass to release the liquid) and after the 10 minutes that the directions said, there was still soo much liquid left. Possibly a faulty package, or just not the best design. As for the product itself, they gave it a 3 out of 5 stars. It did help with halting the progression of the cokd sore but it didn't shorten the length of the healing process. It still took the normal 7 to 10 days for the cold sore to heal which was the same amount of time if they didn't put anything on it at all
