That's the product description. It was easy to swallow with some water. I'm working my way up to three capsules since it says someone who are sensitive to stimulants to work you way up from one capsule to three. I don't drink coffee, so I figured I would work my way up to it. One capsule for a dose gave me a little energy boost with no crash. Two capsules gave me quite an energy boost! Fifteen minutes after taking the two capsules I almost felt like I was on a sugar high.
