This product is awesome. You just slip your iPhone in the slot on the back and you're good to go. There is a hole for your headphones on both the top and bottom (to accomodate whereever your headphone jack is). I tried using the armband with my case and it wouldn't fit, but once I took my case off (which they recommend anyway) it slid right in without a hitch. The phone does feel secure in the armband. I also have a screen protector on my phone and I was able to use my phone through both the screen protector on my phone and the window on the armband. The armband has two slits to make the band fit a smaller arm and a larger arm making it perfect for both men and women.
