These tablets are on the large side, but are easy to swallow with water. They didn't leave any after taste. You take two tablets daily with meals. It doesn't upset the stomach which is great since I took another type of hair/nail supplement and no matter how much food I ate, it upset my stomach, but not this one! I am excited to see how long I can actually grow my hair!
