These are well made resistance bands. I love that it comes with 6 different resistance levels (clearly labeled) so you can keep getting stronger with one purchase. They are easy to roll up and put in the carrying bag for quick storage. I like the resistant bands much better than free weights since they take up less space and you can do every exercise with the resistance bands that you can do with free weights. Also, it is much safer with a 17 month old running around, no risk of her dropping heavy weights on herself.
