Ok, to be honest I'm personally not interested in strengthening my forearms... I don't do anything that requires it (and yes, I can open my own jars lol) BUT my husband sure was interested it this product. He rides dirtbikes and it requires you to have strong forearms and he was looking for a good grip strengthener. Right off the bat he said he really liked this product. It was comfortable to hold and squeeze. It has enough resistance for him to get the kind of results he was looking for and he said it has helped reduce "arm pump" (forearm tiredness while riding the dirtbike). He said it was very easy to use and adjust and since the resistance goes from 22 pounds all the way up to 70 pounds it will work for a long time for him.
